In the end, the amount of features in the new Optima, along with the prospect of having a brand new car, along with Nelson's help, put me in the new car. He's a nice, friendly guy, and then I began negotiating with the sales manager Sasha. I was not ready to commit to a purchase on the spot, so I went home to think it over. The next day, Nelson contacted me for follow-up. He was also very friendly. We spoke back and forth for a bit, and I decided to go into the dealership to finalize a deal. I highly recommend Nelson.
