AWESOME I went to newton kia where Mr. Nelson Jimenez intoduced himself to me at the door. He promised me a good deal by the time i would walk out the door. In disbelief i searched for the vehicle i wanted. Mr. Nelson Jimenez went above and beyond to make it happen less than a few hours. Mr. Jimenez provided me with a GREAT DEAL! in fact i went back a second time for an installation of a remote starter and again Mr. Nelson Jimenez assisted me with OUSTANDING SERVICE! I LOVE THIS GUY! lol. I will be bringing my niece next saturday for a new pre owned vehicle for her. I cant wait to see Mr Nelson Jimenez do what he does best! He is honest and very compasionate. Extended warranty scam Stay clear of this dealership. They may seem friendly when you are buying a vehicle but after you sign the papers their customer service is horrendous Stay clear of this dealership. They may seem friendly when you are buying a vehicle but after you sign the papers their customer service is horrendous/nonexistent. Purchased a vehicle from them and purchased the extended warranty. Within 20,000 miles of purchasing the car there were mechanical issues. No worries we have the extended warranty. Wrong! Called the warranty company and there was no record of our extended warranty. Called the dealer. They are unable to locate our paperwork but it's in their system can we provide a copy? Give the dealer a copy and they'll get right on it. This was 3+ months ago. 15-20 calls a month go unreturned. Requested to speak to owner/manager and he never returned call either. This is a SCAM. They took our money for the extended warranty and kept it. They never forwarded it to the warranty company. So not only did we pay for a warranty we do not have but we were responsible for the repairs as well. Stay far away from this dealership. You can find a comparable car at a dealership that does not commit fraud More
One problem but they made it right. Bought new Sorento. I was shopping via the internet and by phone. Sales experience was excellent...for the most part. I had a model, color, but with a specific option in mind. They didn't have one on the lot but Nelson immediately got one the next day from a 'sister' dealership. Nelson's first price quote was immediately the lowest. It was also the bottom price calculated by Edmunds, Kelly Blue Book, and Consumer Reports. So there were no sales hassles or pressure tactics. Excellent. Paid for and picked-up the car at night. I was told the car was detailed from its drive from the other dealer. Next morning in the daylight my wife spotted 2 small dents in the rear quarter panel, about the size of a dime and nickel. That of course was the one problem...but a biggie with a new car. This should have been spotted by the detail crew, Nelson, and me. All should have done a better inspection, so plenty of blame to go around. I had to make the hour drive back to show them the dings. The good news, it was taken care of with no issues. Had to leave the car, they gave me a loaner, and 3 days later I was picking up the car; this time good as new. Both Nelson from sales and Mike from service were terrific. So other than the one foul-up, all of us missing the dings, many things were handled very well both from a sales and service experience. Wish I didn't have to meet the sales team on a new car 1 day off the lot, but they made right. More
