I came to Nielsen after bad experiences at two other dealers, including the one I bought mine from. I bought my 2012 Jeep GC SRT8 back in November and have had some trim issues and problems with servic dealers, including the one I bought mine from. I bought my 2012 Jeep GC SRT8 back in November and have had some trim issues and problems with service departments no knowing what oil goes in my truck/being told that I don't know what I'm talking about. As a SRT enthusiast you can imagine how this rubbed me the wrong way. I came into Nielsen with no appointment and Jim helped me no problem and had the service manager take pictures right away to get the warranty process going. A short time after that the problem I was trying to have fixed for months was finally fixed. I will be using Nielsen for all my future servicing as they seem to understand the SRT and the culture behind it. More

I CALLED FOR AN OIL CHANGE ON WEDNESDAY AND WANTED TO COME IN ON FRIDAY, THEY SAID NO PROBLEM. CAME IN AT 4:30 WAS DONE BEFORE 5:15 THAT WAS GREAT. I have to say this is the first time EVER I had a positive experience with the Service Department at "Warnock". I really hesitated even buying a car at "Warnock" again because of the service departm positive experience with the Service Department at "Warnock". I really hesitated even buying a car at "Warnock" again because of the service department. 95% of the time I had to write a letter to corporate to complain. So I don't know if it is because Warnock is now Nielson ... but finally good service! NOW if SOMEONE could get word from the SALES department that we are STILL waiting for the 2nd key to our car. We only got one and each time I call (4 times in the past year)I am told the previous person that was leasing the car "has the key but has not dropped it off yet". We really need a 2nd key ... how long do we have to wait before someone realizes the previous person isn't reliable enough to send it over? More
