Worst service If you think these individuals care about customer service they don't! Called can't get a call back. They promised to have work done didn't do it. Even lost my keys as no one knows what anyone is doing and then had me waiting 27mins while they looked for the keys. Oh and don't be surprised if they forget the complimentary car wash as they are too often busy looking for my keys!! More

Everyone professional, knowledgeable and helpful. It was an absolute pleasure for my wife and I to deal with Chris Damon and everyone else at Nielsen. We went there thinking we would probably pick out It was an absolute pleasure for my wife and I to deal with Chris Damon and everyone else at Nielsen. We went there thinking we would probably pick out a Jeep and probably get it in a few weeks. Chris was so helpful and knowledgeable in answering our questions and showing us exactly what we wanted that we actually traded in my very old Jeep for a decent amount and drove home in the new Cherokee Limited. Chris even got me to understand a good portion of the apps that appear on the screen...no small task. Years ago I would have to wait a couple of weeks to get a new vehicle after signing the paperwork, but Chris and the rest of the staff made it happen within a couple of hours. I am a returning customer who happily purchased a vehicle from Nie Do yourself a favor, listen to the 1 star reviews and take your business elsewhere. I am a returning customer who happily purchased a vehicle from Nielsen in July 2013. However, after today I am 100% positive I will never step foot in this dealership again, even if it means paying more money at another dealership. I spoke with the internet department (including directly to the internet manager) to get numbers before traveling 4 hours roundtrip to the dealership. As soon as I got there the sales manager seemed shocked saying he could not get to the numbers I was told. On top of this he decided to add his own lies. Mind you this was before even factoring in my trade, just strictly numbers on their truck as if I did not have a trade. Had I been told the real numbers beforehand I never would have wasted my time and been wiling to shop here again in the future. This dealership defines why people hate shopping for cars and feel car dealers do nothing but lie to you. Before today I would have encouraged anyone to go to this dealership after my previous experience. However, after today not only will I discourage people from shopping here I’m also looking forward to speaking with Chrysler corporate as well as the BBB. Not sure what happened within the last few years (guessing new managers), but this dealership is far from what they used to be. Doubt upper management will see this; however, I hope this helps other consumers avoid the lies and steer clear of this dealership. More

Buyer beware false advertisements My review for this dealership was excellent through my lease until today. My lease is 4 months from expiring and I went in to see what they could do f My review for this dealership was excellent through my lease until today. My lease is 4 months from expiring and I went in to see what they could do for me as far as finance or lease again. Unfortunately we could not come to terms and it was ok this is not the problem. The problem happen Jan 2nd 2017. I get a call as a follow up to see what they can do for me. Well I told them what car I wanted which was a pre owned car. They gave me a figure that was affordable and a great buy so I told them I would come down now. After hanging up I called right back well because the deal almost seemed to good to be true. They confirmed that they can infact promise me this deal. I drove 35 miles to the dealership with my downpaymwnt in cash. I am at the dealership for 4 hours just to be told that I was lying and that there is no way they can work it out with me. Turns out the person that called me never documented anything about our convo. Seems they maybe starting to lie to get buyers in the store so be careful please. Always ask to look at the term and finance rate. Do the math guys before you sign. What bothered me most was the lie just to get me in the dealership. Also they knew I'm over my lease miles which they did try to use as pressure to just agree to their deal. Thank you More
