The first thing you have to be aware of once you step inside Nielsen building is that you are going to loose ALL YOUR RIGHTS AS A COSUMER AND HUMAN BEING. After insistedly asking for our driving license in order to "get the right" to just get in, we refuse and there started our problems, next thing I remember was being seated and starting what I thought was a negotiation, but instead I received the most bizarre "costumer service" ever. We ask to see the vehicle we were interested in before talk about money and this was his response: " IF YOU WANT TO SEE THIS VEHICLE YOU HAVE TO GIVE ME $500 " !!!!!!! Due to my expression he continue: " OR AT LEAST $200"!!!!. This make my husband very furious , he disappear to then bring the sales manager who was polite but with the same mentality of very bad sales tricks. The culmination of this ugly "negotiation" ended with this words from sales manager: " YOU ARE LEAVING WITH EVRYTHING (referring to information about the car) , LEAVING US WITH NOTHING (referring to the sales commission) AND THATS NOT FAIR FOR US". This is so far the worst, worst , worst experience with an auto dealer, I felt very humiliated to be honest, I didn't want to visit onother dealer again, until we found SALERNO DUANE in Summit. I have to admit I almost lost my faith until this incredible people show me respect and treated me as a human been. I made a fantastic deal gettin a 2017 Ram Promaster, I hope this help someone getting the right desision when investing in a vehicle. More
