After an online inquiry we received a phone call from Neilsen; we told them the car I was looking for and that we were shopping around. They just asked us to please visit them prior to making a purchase elsewhere and we're so glad we did. Lexy was amazing, she made the entire experience pleasant! (It was a breath of fresh air compared to the hassle and various ordeals we had endured previously at other dealerships) She was attentive, listened to what we wanted and made it happen. Lexy is extremely knowledgeable, easy to work with and truly does whatever she can to help. Neilsen was able to beat the price of the other dealerships, agreed to install a trailer hitch and they gave me a very fair price on my trade. All in all thanks to Lexy and the Neilsen team we were able to accomplish everything we wanted to in a very timely manner and we couldn't be happier with our new jeep! :) Thanks! More
