The prices are always better than other dealerships, the showroom and lots are always full of many cars to look at and the new service center is a great update over the old one. I have always been pampered in the service center by the staff including Prue, Erin and John Monka. The finance team is very laid back and easy to finalize purchases with but my favorite thing about the dealership is my sales rep, Joe Alfano. We have developed a personal friendship and he has always gone above and beyond to find ways to make any crazy requests possible. He's no pressure, easy to deal with and genuine. Joe's boss Rick Vralblik has also proven to be helpful and flexible to make deals work. More

Every question i had (there were a lot) she answered. She knows the product she sells inside and out and you can tell she really enjoys what she does. I am new to the leasing process so I had a lot of questions and concerns going in. She really went above and beyond to accommodate me and my parents and make sure we felt comfortable throughout the process. She never rushed us or put any pressure on us whatsoever. Mark was outstanding and also went above and beyond. He provided personalized customer service and is a genuinely fair and honest person who makes things happen. I didn't know it was possible to have such a wonderful experience at a dealership. I went to a few other Jeep dealerships in NJ before being referred here and let me tell you the salespeople, and atmosphere/environment at the other places were horrible next to Nielson. The other dealerships made me feel rushed and like I was just a dollar sign. One Jeep dealership manager on route 46 even said "so why haven't you signed yet? what's taking so long?" i would not recommend anywhere else or anyone else other than Lexy and Mark at Nielson. More

Extremely pleasant and takes her time with you I drove about seven cars before I finally decided on my Dodge Ram 1500 and I have to say she was flawless every step of the way. There was never an issue with test driving so many car some cars I felt bad having herpull out or find but she was more than willing to go get them, or find them. I truly felt she wanted me test drive every possible vehicle so I could make the best decision possible. if I went back, I don't know the other sales reps, they're probably all great, but I wouldn't personally buy a car without going through her.
