She was timely with communications and very above board with the financial dealings. I was a bit nervous conducting a deal this way - but when I arrived to close the deal after several weeks of setting it up - there was not ONE hiccup or, more importantly, surprise last minute gotchas. We closed the deal exactly as agreed via phone. Lexy was recommended to me by a neighbor so I'd like to pass along that recommendation here. Chris, in Finance, was also very transparent during the close. Couldn't have gone smoother. Highly recommended! More

Unsatisfactory service repair Bought my car at this dealer using my company’s Employee Car Buying Service (very large pharmaceutical company in the area), had a pretty good experie Bought my car at this dealer using my company’s Employee Car Buying Service (very large pharmaceutical company in the area), had a pretty good experience with the sales department and give them high praises. Having a bad experience with the service department; I was considering buying a new car, but now have many doubts of getting it from here. I brought my car in because it is stalling, I told them specifically that the car was stalling and that is what I wanted troubleshot and fixed. The service department based the repair on the check engine light failure description and replaced the oil pressure sensor (I told them I did not think the issue was the oil pressure sensor, but if they were sure it was the cause of the car stalling I authorized the service). Within a couple of days, my car stalls again, brought it back, they now said is the fuel tank (it turns out this is an extended warranty part so they replaced it at no cost to me). I asked to speak to someone as I am now really questioning the need of having the oil pressure replaced. The manager comes over and the first words out his mouth were “so you don’t want to pay for the repairs”, I was offended and told him that I wanted to discuss and understand if in fact the oil pressure had to be replaced, he realized I was upset and called another manager. The other manager is a good fast talking car sales person and convinces me that the oil pressure was needed and that now for sure the car will not stall. It has been a couple of weeks and my car has again stalled three times, dropped-off the car again and now wondering what they will tell me now……… I am really hoping to change my experience from Unsatisfactory to Very Satisfy. More
