Nielsen changed my mind about a lot TL;DR I would hands down recommend this dealership and my salesman to anyone and if they have a car not a part of their lineup (e.g., Honda), don't he TL;DR I would hands down recommend this dealership and my salesman to anyone and if they have a car not a part of their lineup (e.g., Honda), don't hesitate to come for that either. I used prior reviews to make my decision to come here and they held true. I'll try to organize this into several big points: 1. Mopar Mike is awesome, definitely check him out. My SO and I met Mike when I came in to look at a 2017 Honda accord (I know, I know, this is not a Honda dealer and I have to say I think that's a good thing). He was friendly and helpful, he even told us about an inside joke that was mentioned at our time in the dealership. I never felt the "us vs. the dealership battle" that goes into prep for buying a car. 2. The worst part of buying a car (especially a used car) is the possible lemon you're leaving with and regret one feels about the purchasing experience. It has been 24 hours and I'm still very happy and positive about my experience at Nielsen. SO and I agreed that this was a great experience and that the team was extremely fair and compensating. We never felt as though Mike was trying to get over on us and actually found he was honest and forthcoming about the process on both sides. He explained more about my trade-in and the pitfalls of getting rid of my former vehicle. 3. Mopar Mike, along with many others at the dealership, are car guys. Like real car guys that could probably build a car (not to mention many are civil servants in their communities, e.g. firefighters). That's admirable when everywhere you turn there are pretty boys selling a car they couldn't fix if life depended on it. That gave my anxious self a lot of comfort that the folks looking at and managing this car really know what they are doing…and if it isn't right they will make it so. We also worked with Chris Suchy who is a nice and honest guy. I had one hiccup while there and that was due to my bank, everyone was really patient through the series of phone calls I had to make. We were never pushed to purchase anything we didn't need. In short I purchased a Honda at a dealership that focuses on American cars, other than a few jokes (that were actually funny) everyone treated me like I purchased part of the lineup. As my family continues to grow and we are in the market for a new vehicle again Mopar Mike and Nielsen are on the top of my list. I will definitely consider a Dodge, Jeep, Chevy, etc in the future. More
