When I requested a loaner car, as my truck was down for the second time, and my family is now inconvenienced I was told they do not provide loaners, and it's our problem to deal with. I explained to them, when the truck was there a month ago for this issue, I was given a loaner without question. I will NEVER again use this dealer for service. I now wish I didn't even buy this vehicle from them. More

We are out of state buyers (Michigan) and have been searching for a vehicle for our son for his first one. What makes this situation unique is we went back and forth on a vehicle for two weeks with Mik searching for a vehicle for our son for his first one. What makes this situation unique is we went back and forth on a vehicle for two weeks with Mike, and ultimately just was not comfortable enough with it being the choice for our son as a new driver. Mike could have handled this in a number of ways: angry, upset, petty, etc; instead, he was completely understanding, professional, , and remained great to work with. While we are sorry for him this particular sale didn’t work out, I would 100% recommend him to anyone looking to buy a used vehicle. More
