I sent them the vin # and pics of my wife’s suv after speaking to them and explaining that we live far away and I wanted to get that figured out before driving up there. Spoke to Carlos Robles who gave m speaking to them and explaining that we live far away and I wanted to get that figured out before driving up there. Spoke to Carlos Robles who gave me a trade number of 28000. My wife moved her day around to drive up to buy a vehicle. After having my info for over a week. They never figured out the trim level of our trade? While she was doing the paperwork the trade number decreased by 5 thousand dollars due to them finally looking up the info and telling me it’s a lower trim level. My wife was very unhappy. Please stay far away from this dealership. What a shame that they don’t do any research until you do the paperwork then expect you to pay for their mistake! More

I had done a ton of research online and fully expected to drive away in a 2016 renegade from Beyer CDJR. After feeling super squished in the renegade, I questioned my selection. Eric and Rolando were super patient in going through the inventory and test driving every jeep model there. Sensing that I was still not totally thrilled with any of the jeep products and price points, they suggested I take a look at an escape next door at Ford. Well, voila, I found the perfect car for my very tall new driver. They could have easily sold me a jeep‚ instead they worked with me extensively, even though they new they were likely not getting the sale. Additionally, they both followed up after the purchase of the ford from another salesman, to make sure my experience was smooth. In the car business, your "personal brand" as a salesman is just as important as the name on the sign out front. Thanks to Beyer CDJR for a very pleasant experience. More
Not a reliable dealer I went in and told the sales person which stock # I'm looking for, he came back from his manager desk and said the car sold. He offered me other vehic I went in and told the sales person which stock # I'm looking for, he came back from his manager desk and said the car sold. He offered me other vehicle which I agree to get. Apparently, the offered car had an additional discount. I explained exactly and clearly what my lease terms are (mileage, leasing period etc), the sales person came back with totaly different terms then what I asked for. I asked him to come back with exactly what I asked for and with detailed numbers. He came back with price higher then what is published in the dealer website as a "final price". When I asked for the advertised price, he said they will not lease the car and just let me leave the dealership. To make it nicer- I called a few days after to check on the car they claimed was sold... Well... it's in stock - they lied just to move me to get the car they want to sale and not what I want to buy (I guess it's related to the interest they pay for cars sitting in their lot). Most people have no clue on how the leasing works so the dealers take advantage on that. I'm a good Jeep/Ram customer and I will not lease from this dealer even not for free. More
Unprofessional and not true to pricing We were very disappointed with the Beyer Jeep dealer. They tried to nickel and dime you on the pricing. We agreed on a price and then tried to add $ We were very disappointed with the Beyer Jeep dealer. They tried to nickel and dime you on the pricing. We agreed on a price and then tried to add $ 250 for a feature that the vehicle already had. Not sure how you can feel comfortable in working with the Operations Director who abruptly says goodbye and walks away. Very unprofessional!! We left a message for the owner, Barbara Beyer, but have not heard back. As a business owner, this is something I would want to know. More

Worst Experience ever!! I leased a 2018 JEEP Compass from Beyer in April 2018. The car broke down due to electrical issues on highway in July (just in 3 months of purchase). I towed it to the dealer and it's been standing there without even a diagnosis for the last 3 months!! I keep bouncing between the dealer and the Chrysler "case manager" (another horrible experience) with no updates at all. I haven't even received the reimbursement for the rental I had to pay for because the dealer didn't have a loaner for me. STATY AWAY from this dealer!!! More

Even after I was drawn to the dealership by the internet sales team baiting me with truck that they did not have on the lot. I emailed and spoke with Taylor and Dana from internet sales several times asking if the truck was actually there on the lot and they assured me it was. When I arrived I was told the truck just left and was being driven by a manager. The truck would be back in two days but of course it would not be in new condition at that time. Rolando showed me other "ready to roll" and I decided on a different vehicle. I felt I came out on top because I eventually decided on the truck I bought which I love. Don't get me wrong there was the initial lowball offer on my trade and the "let me talk to my manager" shenanigans that are just part of the deal when buying a car from a dealership. However, with live up to date sales information available right on your phone, doing a little research on your trade value and just paying attention you can still get a decent price. I never felt Rolando was lying and he wasn't pushy however, everyone in a dealership is there to make money. Every smile, hand shake and presently is/are purposeful attempts to lower your guard and get in your pocket. On to the finance guy. I have a credit score way above 800 and tick all the boxes lenders look for except for debt to income ratio maybe but that hasn't kept me from financing at exceptional rates on motorcycles, vehicles and my house in the past. I did an initial check via my credit monitoring site and a major lending site before I even went to the dealership and had an idea of what to expect as far as a rate. I had to ask the guy several times (I believe his name was Rick) what the rate was before he revealed a rate that was nearly double what I knew I could get. He started with a very rude take it or leave it attitude but after I walked out he began a barrage of “reevaluations” and phone calls to his supposed "friends in the lending industry" to get me a better deal. He even insulted me in the middle of the negotiation regarding my wife's income (even though she was not a co-signer) and repeating the fact over and over that two of the lenders he checked with wouldn't make the loan. I knew of course that there are several factors that contribute to why banks will not lend to someone and many of them have nothing to do with your credit worthiness. Rick used horribly transparent negotiation tactics that were both insulting and comical at the same time. In the end through a combination of reducing the rate and the price of the truck he got to a number that I could live with but was still about half a point higher than I later found out I could get. Do your homework on current interest rates and know where you are credit-wise before you walk into this place. Pay very close attention to your Retail sales contract. Specifically the actual cost breakdown (with interest rate) and the section on fees and amounts paid to others on your behalf. Everything you are actually being charged must be listed on this document. There will be a ton of documents to sign. Make sure you read and understand them. A good deal of the really pertinent information will be in bold print (thanks to consumer protection agency). For example they hard sell their Protection Plus Warranty. Ill let you Google that little gem on your own. Its sometimes called “etching” or “theft deterrent”. It is in my opinion worthless to the end user and a profit center for the dealership. I asked for it to be removed several times and it was not. I was told “we already put it on the car”, “it has to be on every vehicle we sell” and finally “we discounted the price of the vehicle for the cost”. None of this is true. I get that dealerships are not charities, they need to make money, but there is a right way to sell things and a wrong way. Beyer does it the wrong way. More
