The dealership performed a thorough inspection of the car when I bought it, 3 months ago, and my car passed successfully. Why didn't he notice the port being loose the first time I brought the car for inspection? This way I could have taken the car back to the seller and requested that they fix the loose port. I found that my vehicle concerns were addressed when I pressed. This primarily dealt with continual coolant loss, which a replacement head gasket appears to have resolved.
