Niello Volkswagen - Service Center

I scheduled my service there with them which was a 10k mile inspection. I told them I would be waiting for the vehicle. The appointment was at 10, I got there at 9:50. I was told there wasn't much to the inspection and it's pretty quick. I asked how long and told 2 hours. I'm not sure why it takes two hours if there's not much to it. And why make an appointment if you're waiting two hours for "not much too it." Other than that they were friendly and professional. next time I'll know to plan 2 hours though. More

The problem I brought my car in for was not solved, I think the technician assumed what the problem might’ve been and never took the car for a drive before or after attempting to fix the problem.
