I have had nothing but problems trying to schedule service appointment since I started leasing this vehicle. This past service appointment was especially difficult because I showed up a month or so ag service appointment since I started leasing this vehicle. This past service appointment was especially difficult because I showed up a month or so ago and there was no vehicle for me even though I called to make the appointment specifically, making sure they knew I would need a vehicle in order to leave my vehicle there. I ended up having to reschedule to which I still did not get a call back to verify whether or not there was a vehicle until it was too late. Travis was wonderful, everything scheduled and taken care of. However, when I picked my vehicle up yesterday at 4 PM the air conditioning is no longer working. There was nothing wrong with the air conditioning when I dropped off the vehicle. More

While there have been a few times where I've "had" to buy elsewhere, because of what was in inventory, Niello is the ONLY dealership that services my Volkswagens. If it wasn't for her, this review would have been a perfect score, it's a shame. Again, Travis was stellar!
