I appreciate that all the knowledge, skills, experience, equipment, and parts are available to maintain my car. Staff is clearly there to serve the customer efficiently and on time. Very polite but also very busy Slower than expected and did not keep me updated unless I looked myself. Not a big deal but had to read the invoice myself indicating that the test ride revealed a possible problem, and no one was able to explain anything to me. This has me worried now that there is a possible bad event about to happen. Technician head something but did not reach out about getting a diagnosis. Overall, a good experience but second time in a row with a hiccup. Last time no one told me about the nail in my tire so two days after service I had a flat. Told me a note was in my file and next time around I would get $25 off. Did not see it on the invoice. Again, not a big deal. I like the dealership, and I will continue to bring my car in for service and consider a new purchase. Friendly people. More
