In another vein, I wish I could say the same about my experience with Michael. There were a few underhanded comments (directed at Jose) made that were off-putting and rather unprofessional. In addition, he wasn't as transparent and his delivery left me feeling disempowered and confused - the exact feelings I was hoping to avoid walking in to the dealership as a female on my own. I left his office with a bad taste in my mouth, which was a stark difference then my time with Jose. I hope this experience can be utilized as a learning opportunity and area for growth as I know firsthand how important group dynamics are to the success of a company. More
