Travis was great and very open with me from the time I checked in regarding my service, costs, and expected time frame. Our experience at Niello was pretty good. Stephen and Terry took care of us the whole way through the process and answered all our questions. The only thing that took a while was getting the Stephen and Terry took care of us the whole way through the process and answered all our questions. The only thing that took a while was getting the paperwork created. There was only 1 finance person so we ended up waiting over 2 hours after figuring out purchase price and loan. Once we were in finance it went quickly. Not a bad experience at all just a long wait for some parts. More
