Basically ignored for 5 hours, everyone knew I was there but no-one bothered to check on me. Took 7 hours to replace 4 tires and alignment along with regular 100,000 service. I did have an appointment. Even but no-one bothered to check on me. Took 7 hours to replace 4 tires and alignment along with regular 100,000 service. I did have an appointment. Eventually had to ask to speak with the manager. I was listened to and assured that steps would be taken but who knows. I won't be returning and I have been getting my services done at this location for years, there have been other issues but I like to give leeway but I couldn't hold back any more. More
