Andrew went above and beyond without feeling pressured into anything. He made sure the process went smoothly, giving extreme detail and payed attention to my needs. Logan also work side by side with Andrew and gave my in depth detail about rates and broke it all down. Only downfall was clear communication when it came down to the wire about interest rates. Which fluctuates is understandable, I just felt that my time was wasted when I expected to see Logan. But Bryant approached with concerns and apologized for the inconvenience. Logan then called me after my visit on his day off and apologized for the miscommunication and took full accountability. Overall I know the staff I worked with meant well and fully do believe they had my best interest. They went above and beyond and took full accountability which they all deserve 5 starts. More

After our test drive, we asked about the next steps, and with no pressure, Ray guided us through the lengthy car-buying process. Having purchased a Mini from Niello, working with Ray, Louis, and ultimately, Alex, we were reminded we made the right decision to make the Atlas purchase from a Niello dealership. Following the purchase process, Ray took additional time to provide us a thorough introduction to the dash and primary features of the vehicle. There are so many options and features, Ray knew from his experience which features were necessary to cover and get us rolling. We highly recommend Niello VW, specifically Ray. As we get closer to replacing our Mini, it's very likely we'll visit Niello Mini to make that purchase. It will never be a quick process but we appreciate the attention to detail Niello dealerships take when it comes to streamlining the car-buying process. I’m disappointed because I found out the electrical problem was simply because a wire was not connected to the battery.
