I was told that my car would receive a courtesy was. .. That did not happen! Makes me wonder how many of the small things you guys missed... Car arrived filthy! Your driver had to sit a wait 30 minut .. That did not happen! Makes me wonder how many of the small things you guys missed... Car arrived filthy! Your driver had to sit a wait 30 minutes for his ride... A 75 year old man with a cane should not have to stand outside in the heat for a ride! I offer him a spot in the shade and bottle of water. This is by far the worse experience I have ever received from any type of organization!!! I had to make several call to get the status of my car! Deja did a very poor job of communicating! I own 3 Volkswagens and cannot wait to get rid of them! I will never recommend my friends or family VW! Sincerely, Andre O'Roy Jr More
