This is my only car and initially we thought it would not be ready until 12/17 but Ron helped me get a same/next day appointment and it was ready within 24 hours. I scheduled my service there with them which was a 10k mile inspection. I told them I would be waiting for the vehicle. The appointment was at 10, I got there at 9:50. I was told there wasn't much to t mile inspection. I told them I would be waiting for the vehicle. The appointment was at 10, I got there at 9:50. I was told there wasn't much to the inspection and it's pretty quick. I asked how long and told 2 hours. I'm not sure why it takes two hours if there's not much to it. And why make an appointment if you're waiting two hours for "not much too it." Other than that they were friendly and professional. next time I'll know to plan 2 hours though. More
