I appreciate the response. Honestly the experience so far with Niello has been pretty bad. The vehicle I bought CPO has had issues since first few days that haven't been able to be fixed. Due to my busy work schedule it's hard to get in for service or repair and I'm always told that a loaner or rental isn't an option. Responses take weeks unless it's responding to reviews. Sadly this is just the reality of my experience. Hopefully this changes soon. Appointment set up. If we can make this right, I will totally change my review status
