We never received a text from Roger saying our car was ready to pick up. So we wasted a lot of time (many hours) waiting until we finally stopped in at the dealership to find out how much longer it would ready to pick up. So we wasted a lot of time (many hours) waiting until we finally stopped in at the dealership to find out how much longer it would be - or if we needed to leave it a few days. He told us he sent a text hours earlier, but we never received it. We figure he must have typed the number in wrong. Other than that, he was nice and polite - even recommended a restaurant, etc. But wasting our time waiting was a real drag. More

Jose made the experience seamless. His knowledge, enthusiasm & patience was refreshing and his professionalism was unmatched. I didn't feel pressured by him in any capacity. He's been supportive to answer questions via text that I've had since leasing my id4 and left a really great impression overall. Jose is truly creating a new standard for salespeople in this industry rooted in empathy, kindness, and a genuine interest in the client's needs, as opposed to his own agenda to meet a quota. He provides his customers with the education and allows them to the autonomy to make an informed decision that best fits their needs and is a true servant leader. I am so grateful that I was able to work with him and hope that his method of operating is valued, celebrated & elevated by others he works with at the dealership. In another vein, I wish I could say the same about my experience with Michael. There were a few underhanded comments (directed at Jose) made that were off-putting and rather unprofessional. In addition, he wasn't as transparent and his delivery left me feeling disempowered and confused - the exact feelings I was hoping to avoid walking in to the dealership as a female on my own. I left his office with a bad taste in my mouth, which was a stark difference then my time with Jose. I hope this experience can be utilized as a learning opportunity and area for growth as I know firsthand how important group dynamics are to the success of a company. More
