My sales person Spencer was excellent and I would definitely purchase another vehicle from him! I was not entirely happy with my overall experience at Niello Volkswagen but had had to do more with the person coming up with the final price of my lease. I don’t think he was entirely honest with me and could have done a much better job to get me closer to the National Ad lease that was advertised. I even went in earlier that day to talk about the extra fees that could raise my lease payments because I was already aware that there are different taxes in different states among other fees so I wouldn’t be surprised or disappointed. He was not looki g out for my best interest or doing his best to honor the lease special. Instead I feel like he was capitalizing on the race to get these ID.4 lease vehicles and using that too make as much money as possible instead of doing whatever he was able to do within his capabilities to get my lease payments as low as he really could which would have brought me much closer to the Volkswagen National Lease Special for the 2024 ID.4 S with the 63 kWh battery. The team was very welcoming and super helpful when it came to any questions that needed to be answered. I had a wonderful time working with Andrew he was very knowledgeable and easy to talk with. Same with Logan and Bryant. Andrew went above and beyond without feeling pressured into anything. He made sure the process went smoothly, giving extreme detail and payed attention to my needs. Logan also work side by side with Andrew and gave my in depth detail about rates and broke it all down. Only downfall was clear communication when it came down to the wire about interest rates. Which fluctuates is understandable, I just felt that my time was wasted when I expected to see Logan. But Bryant approached with concerns and apologized for the inconvenience. Logan then called me after my visit on his day off and apologized for the miscommunication and took full accountability. Overall I know the staff I worked with meant well and fully do believe they had my best interest. They went above and beyond and took full accountability which they all deserve 5 starts. SERVICE VISIT

We never received a text from Roger saying our car was ready to pick up. So we wasted a lot of time (many hours) waiting until we finally stopped in at the dealership to find out how much longer it would ready to pick up. So we wasted a lot of time (many hours) waiting until we finally stopped in at the dealership to find out how much longer it would be - or if we needed to leave it a few days. He told us he sent a text hours earlier, but we never received it. We figure he must have typed the number in wrong. Other than that, he was nice and polite - even recommended a restaurant, etc. But wasting our time waiting was a real drag. More
