Your Volkswagen Atlas was brought in for a PODS airbag recall, which we completed as per manufacturer guidelines. Prior to the service, we informed you that any existing airbag warning lights would need further diagnosis if they remained on after the recall work. Due to the status of your vehicle title, our policy—aligned with Volkswagen's guidelines—limits service to safety recalls only. Unfortunately, this means we are unable to diagnose or repair additional issues, as Volkswagen does not provide parts or labor warranty support for your vehicle. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding of these manufacturer-imposed limitations that we do not have control over.
