My husband, two boys, and I spontaneously decided to visit Niello Mini to look at the cars. We were thinking about buying a little "fun" car for me. Minis were up on the list, although we were concerned they would be too small for our two boys in the back seat. Chris Padilla met us immediately. He was cordial, casual, yet professional. Over the years, my husband and I have had bad experiences in the past with disingenuous sales people. Chris immediately put us at ease. He gave us the freedom to explore all we wanted and was easily accessible with questions. We did a test drive and decided to take the next step in purchase. I was concerned that the lengthy process would be too much for our boys, but the office set the kids up with their big screen TV and their channel of choice. They also set all of us up with water bottles. Chris and manager(?) Jared kept the process smooth, efficient, and positive. The negotiation process and financing paperwork was the fastest and most positive experience we have ever encountered. Even though we were late in arriving and kept everyone well past closing, they never made us feel rushed; especially Chris. He took as much time as was needed to make sure I felt comfortable driving the car off the lot. He genuinely enjoyed showing us all the little "Extras" the Mini has to offer. We left the place wanting to befriend Chris, Jared, and financing guy, Ron. How can you beat that? I am thrilled that not only did I get a car of my dreams, I also get to look forward to visiting this crew again when it's time for service. Mr. Padilla was quick to "pin-point" the type of car I was looking for and did not waste my time with sales blah blah blah information. Jared Ivey and Mr. Padilla worked efficiently to produce a deal I was happy to accept. I was at ease in this dealership environment and pleased to meet new business acquaintences/partners that I know will take care of me while I own my Mini Cooper. More

I came here with my dad looking to find him a new car. He wanted a luxury SUV, and we had both heard good things about the X5. We had some questions about one of the X5s, and after some time, no salesman had come out to greet us. This was strange, seeing that a few had seen us drive out and look at cars. So, after going in, one finally came up to us and reluctantly came outside with us. He was not helpful past opening a car for us. He didn't answer any questions, offer a test drive, and had the nerve to answer his cell and have a personal conversation about how his brother didn't come to dinner the night before! We were utterly surprised at his lack of caring. After waiting for him to finish his Personal conversation for a few minutes, we got fed up and left. Audi on auburn was more than happy to help us that day, and ended up getting the sale (a beautiful S-line Q7). I know the service manager personally, and can tell you he runs an amazing service department, so this review is for sales only. More
