However, Niello Mini in Sacramento changed every single stereotype I had created over the years. This is the first dealership that I feel truly cares about the people who visit them. They aren't pushy or trying to sell people cars that simply don't work for them financially. For me personally, I was interested in possibly getting a manual transmission car (which I hadn't attempted to drive in almost 15 years). Kevin Powell took the time to actually reteach me to drive a stick shift! He was so patient with me and didn't try to push the sale on me when I was done driving. He made such an impression on both me and my husband that although the original answer was to pass on the car that we came back first thing the next morning and bought it. Even Craig over in the finance department blew me away with his customer service. I've never experienced a finance rep who didn't try to just sell the customers random options that didn't make sense for them. However, Craig really took the time to explain our different options in terms of maintenance packages so we fully understood everything (even when we asked the same questions over and over) and didn't try to push anything on us. Knowing how everyone is at the dealership I wouldn't even consider going somewhere else. Total game changer for mer. More

Purchased 2015 BMW X1 I was connected with Niello BMW of Sacramento through the Costco buying program when I settled on the BMW X1 as my SUV of choice (I was specifically l I was connected with Niello BMW of Sacramento through the Costco buying program when I settled on the BMW X1 as my SUV of choice (I was specifically looking for a small SUV). I worked with Jeff Ball and he was excellent. He was very thorough in explaining the features of the X1 and took me on a very helpful test drive. Jeff was very respectful of my time and my research. He answered e-mails promptly and made several excellent suggestions. I ended up buying a certified pre owned 2015 X1 with 6,000 miles on it as it had all the features I was looking for at a significant cost savings. Jeff was very helpful throughout the process and I will definitely search him out if the future if I am in the market for another BMW. More
MINI #2 from Niello, Great as Always! This is my 2nd Mini purchased Niello. My salesperson was Creed Cate for both sales. After my first purchase, I specifically requested Creed again. He is very knowledgeable, helpful and easy to talk with. Niello didn't have "my" car on their lot. He worked with very quickly to find the car from another dealer. I had done a ton of research and consider myself very knowledgeable about the car features and how they operate. Creed stumped me a couple of times as he still knew way more than me. Due to some issues with my first Mini, I worked directly with Matt Ryan to finalize the deal on my new Mini. I also worked with him prior to coming in to get my car on my trade-in. Matt also was great. Very professional, honest and straight forward. Presented options and answered all our questions very thoroughly. I worked with Chris in finance. Within about 25 minutes we breezed thru that process. Chris was also good to work with. We were in sort of a time crunch and Creed and Chris help expedite the process with that. As a side note (not really related to my new car purchase), Hans Dins has been my Service Advisor since 2009. He has also been great to work with. Easy to get a hold of, full of all the information and is able to answer all the questions that I have had over the years. Even went out of his way to come find me when I purchased my new Mini, to congratulate me. Also, worked with Michelle Shelton a few times before my new purchase. She was very helpful and professional too. Niello has always taken care of me and my car. It has been a pleasure to work with them over the years. More

When I arrived from Fresno CA the sale only took approx. 45 min(Mark Cornell). Once the sale was over the vehicle was washed and Mark Cornell a service rep and I notice several nasty smudges on the paint and a chipped windshield. I was asked to return on a later date , thanksgiving weekend. Needless to say the smudges are still on the vehicle and the windshield is to chipped. I sent several emails and made many phone calls no one has responded to this date! Niello's used car program is not better than PAUL BLANCOS down the street. More

I've purchased two cars from their VW store and now I'm driving around in my MINI. Oh, and I've purchased them all from Kevin Powell, who is the nicest guy ever! Anyone looking for a new/used car give him a call and I guarantee you won't be disappointed. The financing was simple, no tricks. We all know the end of the year is a paperwork nightmare but of course I called on December 31, 2014 needing a document ASAP and with no delay or excuses Craig Kersey got it handled. Don't wast your time, GO TO NIELLO! More

From the moment we walked in the door and met Kevin we knew right away he was going to help us make the best choice possible to meet our needs which he did. We then met James in the Parts Department who went out of his way to assist us in our accessories purchase. We met Cha in 2010 when we bought our first Mini. He came over to welcome us back to the dealership. We had a question regarding a setting on the radio. Cha came out to the car and corrected the issue as well as making us aware of other settings which we had no knowledge of. We left the dealership completley satisied with our purchase. More

After driving the Countryman we immediately fell in love with it, but thought we should look around a little bit more. We said our goodbyes and drove off the lot. We went out one driveway and back in the other! We just could not leave our dream car on the lot without purchasing it. The ran in and began the deal. A few hours later we drove our new car home. I must state that this was the best buying experience we have ever had and will be singing the Niello MINI praise for days to come. We can't wait to hang out with our new friends at Niello MINI. The fabulous Holiday Lights Tour on Dec 14th brought my husband into the dealership for the first time. He was smitten by the warm atmosphere and met Alonzo. The reasonable prices for such sensational cars especially the Clubman, drew his interest and Alonzo invited us to return. I met Alonzo and Kevin at the fabulous MTTS Event-Kevin is "Mr. Niello MINI PR" as he is always at the forefront of FUN and events-I didn't know he was a salesman! When Alonzo was not available, it was meant to be that Kevin was in today, as he handled our trade in and sale of our Clubman. (So, Alonzo, we did follow thru with your invitation on 12/14 to come on down!) Craig handled our financing with forbearance and efficacy of our needs; it felt as if we were dealing with a long time friend!
