Horrible Luck With This Dealership I have purchased two Mini Coopers from Niello Mini. The first was a 2013 r56 Hardtop. When I purchased the car in 2013, The salesman marked the price I have purchased two Mini Coopers from Niello Mini. The first was a 2013 r56 Hardtop. When I purchased the car in 2013, The salesman marked the price up 10% $2000. At the time this was my first car buying experience, so I was a little upset but just assumed this was the norm and didn't speak up or try to negotiate. Other than this the car was great and I loved it! My second Mini I purchased from Niello was a 2015 F56 Hardtop S. My Motoring Advisor was Kevin Powell. Kevin is a great guy and a lot of fun! I special ordered my Mini and when it arrived right from day one I had issues. The transmission was bad and would intermittently make a loud squealing noise. I had to bring the car in to them 3 different times because they could not duplicate the sound. On the third time they had me come and drive with a technician in the car to make the tranny squeal. When we got back to the dealership, I had a short conversation with the BMW regional manager who happened to be there. I believe his name was Mark. After he has a conversation with both me and the technician Paul Ronald, he decides to flag my vin trying to blame the cause of my transmission problem on me. Well I do plenty of research and I'm well aware that I'm not the only one who's having transmission problems with the new F56. So now my car has a flagged vin. After replacing the transmission, I pick up my car. I believe the same day or very next day, the sound is back. I get the transmission replaced yet again. Three loaner cars and two transmissions later, my car is finally fixed. around 8 thousand miles on the car, I start having issues with a drivetrain malfunction. I take it in and they do a reset on the computer, and an oil change. I'm good for a couple thousand miles, then it pops up on my dash yet again. after bringing it back, they decide a sensor needs to be replaced, and I should be fine driving until it arrives. I get a call that the part has come in and I make an appointment. When I come in the service advisor Robert Daniel asks me what they're doing for me today. I tell him that I keep getting a drivetrain malfunction and that they're replacing a sensor. He asks me to sign some papers, and says no mention of a factory recall that they are going to fix on my car. They removed my two car seats in the back to do the recall fix and in doing so, scratch up my brand new infant car seat. When I put this seat in it was in mint condition without a single scratch. My son isn't even born yet and they've scratched it up and damaged my property! I spent $430 on this car seat! I am pissed!! I talk to the service manager Michele Shelton who is of zero help and has absolutely no sympathy! She gives me a 'well thats your problem not mine' kind of attitude. I have had horrible luck with this dealership. It is unfortunate because there are a few great people here I really like. More

Kevin was such a treat to work with, he has a great personality and incredible sense of humor, I instantly liked him and could tell by the banter, his collegues enjoyed working with him too. Craig Kersey was a pleasure and made the paperwork quick and easy. He asked all the required questions, gave clear explanations, I said yes or no and that was the end of it. I loved the no hassle, no pressure, whatever you want attitude. The atmosphere at Niello Mini is fun and comfortable and everyone there wants you to be happy with your purchase. I have told everyone I know what a superb experience I had. More

I was able to take my time on the lot, looking at every option and color with my husband, and never once feeling like I was just another customer to fulfill their monthly sales quota. Eddie and Kevin are very personable and knowledgeable - patiently answering every question and not rushing my decision to purchase my car from them. What a friendly, easy going, yet professional dealership. Above and beyond in every way! I have purchased many cars in the past from many different car dealerships and had come to believe that the norm was to have pushy salesmen who are ju I have purchased many cars in the past from many different car dealerships and had come to believe that the norm was to have pushy salesmen who are just interested in making an extra buck. However, Niello Mini in Sacramento changed every single stereotype I had created over the years. This is the first dealership that I feel truly cares about the people who visit them. They aren't pushy or trying to sell people cars that simply don't work for them financially. For me personally, I was interested in possibly getting a manual transmission car (which I hadn't attempted to drive in almost 15 years). Kevin Powell took the time to actually reteach me to drive a stick shift! He was so patient with me and didn't try to push the sale on me when I was done driving. He made such an impression on both me and my husband that although the original answer was to pass on the car that we came back first thing the next morning and bought it. Even Craig over in the finance department blew me away with his customer service. I've never experienced a finance rep who didn't try to just sell the customers random options that didn't make sense for them. However, Craig really took the time to explain our different options in terms of maintenance packages so we fully understood everything (even when we asked the same questions over and over) and didn't try to push anything on us. Knowing how everyone is at the dealership I wouldn't even consider going somewhere else. Total game changer for mer. More

Purchased 2015 BMW X1 I was connected with Niello BMW of Sacramento through the Costco buying program when I settled on the BMW X1 as my SUV of choice (I was specifically l I was connected with Niello BMW of Sacramento through the Costco buying program when I settled on the BMW X1 as my SUV of choice (I was specifically looking for a small SUV). I worked with Jeff Ball and he was excellent. He was very thorough in explaining the features of the X1 and took me on a very helpful test drive. Jeff was very respectful of my time and my research. He answered e-mails promptly and made several excellent suggestions. I ended up buying a certified pre owned 2015 X1 with 6,000 miles on it as it had all the features I was looking for at a significant cost savings. Jeff was very helpful throughout the process and I will definitely search him out if the future if I am in the market for another BMW. More

When I arrived from Fresno CA the sale only took approx. 45 min(Mark Cornell). Once the sale was over the vehicle was washed and Mark Cornell a service rep and I notice several nasty smudges on the paint and a chipped windshield. I was asked to return on a later date , thanksgiving weekend. Needless to say the smudges are still on the vehicle and the windshield is to chipped. I sent several emails and made many phone calls no one has responded to this date! Niello's used car program is not better than PAUL BLANCOS down the street. More
