Salesperson (Dianne) was great - knowledgeable about vehicle and sales process, helpful before, during and after sale. She went the extra mile to help me remove a bike rack from my trade-in the next day vehicle and sales process, helpful before, during and after sale. She went the extra mile to help me remove a bike rack from my trade-in the next day. Armando took forever with the people prior to us (and it was a cash sale) - we waited 2 hr for him to finish with them. Our sale was also cash, but we weren't able to leave dealership until 10:30 PM because of him being the only finance person onsite, and due to the time he took with buyers prior to us. Also, he neglected to give us a temporary registration for the windshield and another document, so we had to return to the dealership to pick up registration another day (but signed the other document online).
