made an online appointment for oil change & 12K mile inspection. 4 days later I arrived at dealership and found out I was not in their system that day for this service. they were still able to take me, inspection. 4 days later I arrived at dealership and found out I was not in their system that day for this service. they were still able to take me, but figured Id be there for hours waiting for this work to be completed . Approximately 90 minutes later I was backing out with a smile. Apparently they have had some issues with the on line appointment system, Service manager spent time explaining the problem and steps being taken to correct this. needless to say I'm impressed with Kowalski Ford's Service staff.
