HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NO MORALS! !!! I was helping my elderly parents purchase a specific vehicle from this dealership. So we made an appointment (like we're supposed) to come and !!! I was helping my elderly parents purchase a specific vehicle from this dealership. So we made an appointment (like we're supposed) to come and purchase the vehicle. I even offered to leave a deposit to hold the vehicle and they said they don't do that anymore. My parents haven't purchased a new vehicle in over 22 years so this is a BIG deal to us! We both drove over an hour away to meet at the dealership for our appointment. I even confirmed that the vehicle was there and available before we left! The answer was yes we even pulled it out front for you. My mom was so excited! We get to the dealership on time for our appointment only to be told to wait in the lobby. We waited for OVER and HOUR with no answers. Only to finally be told that the vehicle was sold out from under us. SHAME ON YOU! No remorse from the employees or GM other than "sorry, we messed up"... What else would they do to sell cars? I will never think about doing business with this dealer. More
