When making an appointment with the service department you don’t actually talk to the service department, but a call center. Took three calls to get all the information I needed to schedule an appointment you don’t actually talk to the service department, but a call center. Took three calls to get all the information I needed to schedule an appointment. I found their lack of knowledge misleading and a waste of my time. Once I bought the car in for service I received another story on how the service process works. Waited three days for a tech to look at my car. No loaner available and no Information provided to help in help renting a car. I ended up being without a car. I was told I would receive a update the next day. Waited two days to find out that the car hasn’t been looked at and was t scheduled to be looked at for two more days. I had to get my sale person involved to get some action. Although I was not charge for the service I still feel getting to the point where someone would even look at the vehicle was stressful and unnecessary. Hopefully the dealership can come up with a better plan or train their call center. More
