PURCHASED A USED 2005 CHEVY CONVERSION VAN FROMT THIS DEALER, AND THEY EVEN DELIVERED THE VAN TO MY HOME WHICH WAS NICE OF THEM TO DO, SO THE EXPERIENCE WAS GOOD TILL AFTER THEY LEFT. THE NEXT DAY THE DEALER, AND THEY EVEN DELIVERED THE VAN TO MY HOME WHICH WAS NICE OF THEM TO DO, SO THE EXPERIENCE WAS GOOD TILL AFTER THEY LEFT. THE NEXT DAY THE DOUBLE SIDE DOORS WOULD NOT OPEN AS THEY HAD THE PREVIOUS DAY, AND THEY OFFERED TO FIX THE PROBLEM WITH THE HINGE PINS THEY REPLACED PRIOR TO SELLING THE VEHICLE. THEN THE AIR CONDITIONING WAS NOT GETTING AS COLD WHICH I MENTIONED PRIOR TO THE PURCHASE, BUT THEY ASSURED ME IT WAS FINE AND ALSO OFFERED A RECHARGE. WHILE DRIVING THE VAN ON THE HIGHWAY I FOUND IT HAD EXTREMELY POOR EXCELERATION, AND WHEN WHEN I ARRIVED AT A RELATIVES HOME, I WAS PURCHASING ANY VEHICLEON THE PORCH CHATTING WHEN I NOTICED THE TOP OF THE ROOF WAS DENTED IN AND HAD SEVERAL LONG GASHES AT THE REAR WHICH COULD NOT BE SEEN NORMALLY. SO ON A DRIVE HOME IN THE EVENING I COULD NOT FIGURE OUT WHY THE RIGHT FRONT HEADLIGHT WAS OUT, AND WHEN I STOPPED AND LOOKED INSIDE THE ENGINE COMPARMENT, BOTH OF THE LIGHT SOCKETS WERE TORN OUT OF THE HEADLAMP BEZEL. AT THIS POINT I FELT I WAS SOLD A REAL LEMON, AND WHEN I TOLD THEM I WANTED TO RETURN THE VAN FOR MY MONEY BACK, THEY REFUSED STATING THAT THERE POLICY WAS 3 DAYS, 150 MILES FOR RETURNS. WELL I STILL FELL UNDER THE 3 DAYS, BUT NOT THE 150 MILES, SO NOW I STUCK WITH A MAJOR LEMON, AND I CAN'T WAIT TO SEE WHAT GOES WRONG NEXT. BEING A PAST CUSTOMER HAVING PURCHASED 3 NEW CONVERSION VANS, I DIDNOT EXPECT TO BE TREATED THIS WAY, AND I WOULD EXPECT THE DEALER TO BUY BACK THE VAN, ESPECIALLY CONSIDERING THEY WERE GOING TO SEND IT TO AUCTION WITHIN 3 DAYS OF THE TIME I PURCHASED THE VAN, AND NOW THEY STILL COULD DO THIS AS A WAY OF GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND KEEPING A PAST CUSTOMER HAPPY, BUY THEY ARE TO GREEDY AND DO NOTY WANT TO LET LOOSE OF THE SMAL;L; AMOUNT OF MONEY THEY HAVE. I HIGHLY SUGGEST THAT ANYONE READING THIS SHOULD RECONSIDER PURCHASING ANY VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP, BECAUSE OLD CAR OR NEW CAR PURCHASE, THEY COULD TREAT YOU THE SAME WAY. More

The mullinax ford east team helped us get more than what we had bargained for, they are great in every way that they can be from the second you walk in the door, to the knowledge of the vehicle's they have, to the finance department. I can not say enough about Jim Lundgren , Earl Tate , and Chris Bogar. they are indeed the best from start to finish, I am glad i stopped in that day and left with a 2012 ford escape (lime squeeze). The wife even skipped leaving the dealership (lol), so happy can't thank them enough. Two very very happy customers thanks for everything Wayne & Tracy Wyno More

Everyone there was so nice and I felt very comfortable working with Ray. I never felt anyone was trying to pressure me and even told the manager how much I appreciated that. I am thrilled with my New Escape and so happy I visited Mullinax Ford as I had not considered the Escape because I thought it was out of my budget. I did look at hondas, Kia, and Chevrolet Equinox, but bught the Escape. Thanks again and keep up the great work. More
I had not been anticipating buying a new vehicle but decided to look into the Ford Fiesta as my previous vehicle was getting up in the miles and starting to need more work that it was worth. I showe decided to look into the Ford Fiesta as my previous vehicle was getting up in the miles and starting to need more work that it was worth. I showed up before my appointment and worked with a younger saleswoman who test drove the cars with us. She did a great job of looking up options outside the dealership for me and what stickers prices I was looking at if I decided not to buy something on the lot. I was a pain in the butt because I really wanted a low monthly payment and not much car so I wanted to carefully figure out what I could afford and what I really needed. After driving the Ford Fiesta and the Focus Hatchback Kevin let me take the Fiesta for a test drive home to throw my bike in the back and make sure it would really fit all my needs. He was extremely patient while I hemmed and hawed about my choices. At the end of the day I got a great deal on the car, a very generous trade in on my current car, and truly felt I could come back with any questions I may have. I have had my focus serviced at Mullinax several times and really appreciate the quality work both their sales and service department have shown me. More
