They told me I needed a wheel bearing only to find out thatt I did not. They just didnt put the tire on correctly. AAA confirmed that both my back tires were loose. The other shop confirmed I dis not need a bearing and that the tire moved because they never secured it. They tried to charge me 800 more for a bearing I disnt need... Thank god no one was hurt. Please just go to another shop. They are ford but they do not have experienced techs. They claimed to do a safety inspection but my tire fell off while driving two days later and i found lug nuts on my street. The manager Tim Allgood never returned my calls or offered to make it right. More

sales very decietful Buyer Beware, Bought a 2013 ford focus se, originally salesperson told me that car was in minor accident and that the dealer fixed. 2 months into driv Buyer Beware, Bought a 2013 ford focus se, originally salesperson told me that car was in minor accident and that the dealer fixed. 2 months into driving the radiator goes. Dealer replaced with no problems. But I later found out that the airbags were deployed. they did not tell me this. I took the car in for an oil change, and service left oil dipstick open which spewed oil all over engine and luckily if I hadn’t checked washer fluid would have blown engine. Now I’m stuck with this car. If I ever want to trade in I won’t get as much trade in value due to the airbags being deployed. Knowing what I know about the car. I do not feel safe driving it. Please if you go to this dealer ask questions about car. get a car fax. The sales seem like they only care about making a sale whether it’s a new or used, and will take advantage you if they can. it feels as though this vehicle was siiting in back lot all smashed up and because i was in a personal situation (divorce/death of father)they rushed and put a band aid sort of speak on the car after they told me that it passed all their inspections that the dealer does and it clearly didnt. More
Used vehicle nightmare I purchased a used vehicle from them and they must have not done ANY service check / inspection when they took the vehicle in on trade. The vehicle has drivability and electrical issues that would have been found on their inspection. These were not evident on the very quick test drive (maybe they did that on purpose?), but manifested themselves on the way home that same day. When I made them aware, they would not fix under "warranty" and have left me high and dry. They will not accept the vehicle back. I bought a hunk of junk and they will not stand behind it. Awful, awful, awful. ** I regret my purchase decision, and these folks just don't care ** More

Excellent, friendly, no agressive salesmenship. I did internet research, decided on the vehicle, price and mileage that I wanted.
