I had problems with my car running rough since the fall. Brought it in for a recall to update the system. Meanwhile my car is dangerously turning off as I am driving. The car is my only vehicle... Then Transmission Malfunction service now light is on. This is another recall. I brought the car back again and I have been waiting Months on this part!!!! A safety recall!!!!! My car has to be jump started after it stalls in dangerous situations while I wait on a safety recall!!! I have 2 kids and Ford doesn't evidently care about me driving around for months in a car that is now probably damaging my transmission stalling in traffic and having to be jumped until they get the part in! It has been months lite says service Now ,not wait months. I still have not heard anything about this part coming in ,or an estimated time for it to be fixed. However the people were nice and friendly, I am just frustrated with Ford for not being able to get the part in for a recall . More

This is the second time in 6 months I have come in to a have a routine tire and oil change to have to wait more than 1 hour. My scheduled appointment was Friday, July 30, 2012 at 7:30 a.m. I was on time have a routine tire and oil change to have to wait more than 1 hour. My scheduled appointment was Friday, July 30, 2012 at 7:30 a.m. I was on time and left my vehicle. I had to call around 10:15 a.m. to see what was going on with my vehicle. Having to wait almost 3 hours for a routine tire and oil change is unacceptable and the so call car wash was horrible. More

This was my first time to AutoNation Ford East. I called the night before and Theresa answered, it was still there. She welcomed my family warmly. We went straight to business. We had to was a while for fin the night before and Theresa answered, it was still there. She welcomed my family warmly. We went straight to business. We had to was a while for finance,(financed through another company). She called me to make sure that the finance company had everything they needed and to make sure we were good. When the transaction was over she was just as happy as I was. I purchased a used 2018 Nissan Altima SR Midnight Edition. This car is black on black, it is beautiful. There was one concern and Theresa addressed it with ease. If i were to be back on the market for a car I would definitely go see Theresa again. Thank you Theresa! More
