My experience wasn't what I had expected,I came in picked out a vehicle in used inventory,Signed for it and waited patiently for my vehicle to be ready,I waited nine business days for my vehicle to go throug out a vehicle in used inventory,Signed for it and waited patiently for my vehicle to be ready,I waited nine business days for my vehicle to go through service fix a few issues I was told,I come in with my check to pay Cash For My Vehicle and it hadn't been cleaned or detailed,there was a dirty sock a pair of broken eyeglasses one glove and a empty lotion bottle and my windshield was still cracked when I was told it was being repaired,This vehicle didn't even fall under Covid guidelines,I was so disappointed,But I left with my vehicle anyway,Paid a mobile detailing 175.00 to clean my vehicle,I was offered to bring my vehicle back 4days later for detailing and the windshield,Well I'm sure no one wants to drive a unclean vehicle that they paid cash for,Coming back to leave my vehicle was just to inconvenient for me,I have MS,so I try to make things as convenient as possible,I did return for the windshield repair which only took about half hour so why did I have to return for this service,Your service department totally failed any claims of substantial service,Thank you for the experience. Took care of recall repair within time estimated for repair. Kept me informed of progress. Identified an additional issue they were able to repair.
