Ok sales experience and pricing, excellent finance team, and they gave me a good deal on a warranty. Then, on the drive home the brakes were squealing and the door lock indicator rod wasn't hooked back up so the passenger door always appears to be locked. I called and told them about these issues and they have never returned my call. Seems like a pattern with this company after reading these reviews. And I just tried the remote start, and it doesn't work either, and still no response from anyone. More

I had an 11:00am service appointment. I waited 2 hours for a third party contractor to arrive to service my vehicle.
