We weren't even planning on trading in our 2016 Ford F-150. We took it in for service and got a 2021 loaner truck which we ended up buying. We worked with Joe and he was awesome. The whole process moved quickly, efficiently, and smoothly. All of their employees that we worked with (Jesse, in Finance) we personable, easy to deal with, and got us the warranty package we wanted for a great price. They all work effortlessly to get you what you need/want. When we were done, Earl Tate, the manager came over and greeted us, thanked us for our business, and shook our hands.
