I’m not sure why; but they have had trouble pulling up my information and finding my name in their system lately. I made an appointment twice and have been going for years, I came in to get my horn fixed. I information and finding my name in their system lately. I made an appointment twice and have been going for years, I came in to get my horn fixed. I waited about 2 hours for the rep to tell me they looked at several other systems so they “think it’s the horn.” Then they said they had to order the part and I have to come back. It could be in a couple of days or next week. I also am in the market to renew my lease. This would have been a perfect opportunity for me to leave my current vehicle with them and take a 2022 for an overnight test drive to fall in love with. More

I recently purchased a used Odyssey from them, which came with a 90 day warranty, and which developed a really loud knocking noise in the engine. It is consistent but occasionally intermittent. I recorded 8 with a 90 day warranty, and which developed a really loud knocking noise in the engine. It is consistent but occasionally intermittent. I recorded 8 videos of this from November 2 - 28th. I took the van in for repair and shared a couple of the videos with them. They agreed there was something wrong but, after keeping the car for 2 weeks, said it doesn't make that noise for them. We agreed they would take the vehicle to a Honda dealer/technician. 5 days later, the used car manager called me and said he saw the videos, doesn't hear a problem (which is absurd), and that they're not taking it to a Honda dealer, and that I should come and get the vehicle. I've shared these videos with 2 different service managers at Honda dealerships who both said there's definitely something wrong. It's obvious. I could not be more unhappy with the way I've been treated. I've left quite a bit out in the interest of brevity. I hope they change their minds and do whatever it takes, but it seems doubtful. More
I have been a customer for 10 years and typically have flawless service however this time was poor. I brought my car in mostly for a headlight repair, also about a week ago, I received a recall notice so flawless service however this time was poor. I brought my car in mostly for a headlight repair, also about a week ago, I received a recall notice so asked to have that taken care of as well. I asked if they could check the breaks and had a replacement arm for a rear window wiper. My appointment was at 8am. When I dropped off the car, I originally planned on just waiting there, as the initial tech who checked me in said that it shouldn’t take longer than 3hrs; however, I ended up getting a ride home in the meantime. Around 12:30pm I had not heard anything yet, so I called and spoke to Matt, who seemed frustrated that I was calling asking for the status. He said he would call when he had more information. Roughly before 2pm, Matt called me to let me know that they do not stock my headlight, letting me know that it will have to be special ordered and PAID FOR UPFRONT! He also told me that the tech working on the car said that the recall has a pass on one side, and a fail on the other side, so he was try to get a hold of the warranty department to understand what to do next. The did check the breaks and attach the wiper arm to the back window which were the most insignificant tasks. He calls me at 4 to let me know that my car is done. I’m just really disappointed that there was no timeframe as to when my headlight work could be completed and work on the recall was declined. When I pick up the car Matt isn’t there and the other service agent has no clue what’s going on with my car. I assumed when I made the appointment a week ago, that they would preorder the headlight, just like they checked to assure that they had the parts needed for the recall (because she checked to assure that my car was an explorer vs the f150 because they didn’t have the parts for that truck). The other things were small things. Neither of my concerns were handled and I was out my car the entire day. I need to drive for my job, they were not able to give me a loaner, or provide a solution to get the car fixed. I also don’t understand why I would need to prepay for an original part for my car whether it’s a special order or not. It’s a headlight, it’s needed to legally drive at night! More
Awesome place. Straight forward, no high sales tactics. Antonio (sales guy) was Professional and down to earth! And of course the car was washed and wheels shinning by the time I was done signing the paper Antonio (sales guy) was Professional and down to earth!
