Your service manager Tim, who refused to give me his last name 3 times, was curt, almost angry in telling me you were done with my van. This morning, 12/17, and again after work, the noise occurred. How could it be so consistent for me, but you claim it never did it for 2 weeks while you had the vehicle? Maybe that's why you refused to take it to a Honda dealer, because then you couldn't say whatever you wanted to. Your cute response above means nothing. Does your general manager have a name?
