My experience at the AutoNation Ford East Dealership was warm and welcoming! From the gentlemen who greeted me as I entered and escorted me to Alex’s station, right up to the moment I met Jesse Cook in the warm and welcoming! From the gentlemen who greeted me as I entered and escorted me to Alex’s station, right up to the moment I met Jesse Cook in the Finance Office! Alex and Earl are nothing less than a dynamic duo in how they brought my vehicle to fruition!!! After I expressed in my first phone call with Alex back in January, that I was having difficulty since November locating an Explorer with the specs to my liking, he said come in and we will help you build one and order it for you! Not one dealership from Parma to Dayton, nor from Mentor to Columbus offered to assist me in ordering the vehicle. Not one!!! Well needless to say on February 26th, when I saw the Explorer, I was simply elated!!! I told them both that I was smiling so much that my cheeks were starting to hurt under my mask! 😊 They answered every question I had prior to my arrival, as well as those that arose as we were writing up the documentation. Jesse was courteous enough to come over to Alex’s desk to sit down and introduce himself, to brief me on how things would go when I meet him in his office. Everything was so very seamless and exciting! It made driving off in my new Explorer feel like I am certain to be in good hands with the AutoNation Team for years to come! It will give me great pleasure to highly recommend AutoNation Ford East to friends and family! More
