I have been going to AutoNation Ford East for over 25 years and have bought numerous vehicles there and always had my vehicles serviced there. The last few times I was in there customer service by the se years and have bought numerous vehicles there and always had my vehicles serviced there. The last few times I was in there customer service by the service department has been poor. I am so disappointed with it that after 25 years I am going to go to another dealer to get my vehicle serviced and to purchase any new vehicles. I have sent emails to the organization with some of my complaints but never heard back from you. More
