I recently paid for a new Ford Maverick Truck that I ordered in November from Auto Nation East. Because of the popularity of this truck, some Ford dealers have been adding ADM fees of 5,000 dollars I ordered in November from Auto Nation East. Because of the popularity of this truck, some Ford dealers have been adding ADM fees of 5,000 dollars or more when customers were ready to pay. I still had some doubt as what to expect but was pleasantly surprised that Auto Nation's price was what was originally quoted with no hidden markups or fees at delivery. Many thanks to my salesman Antonio and financeman Jesse for making this a painless process as possible. Give these men a raise immediately! I would highly recommend Auto Nation East to others for ordering or purchase of a new vehicle. More
We bought a vehicle April 6th -- we are from PA this is in Ohio. They stated they do the registration transfer between states. A week later we are FedEx'd forms to "resign" because they flipped my first/la in Ohio. They stated they do the registration transfer between states. A week later we are FedEx'd forms to "resign" because they flipped my first/last name, then another form sent that they "forgot" to have us sign.. 1 1/2 weeks go by and another person calls us to have us send copies of the back of our license.... we do this and 1 week later I call because we haven't received anything and they state they "lost it or can't find the copies" and need us to send again! Is this the first time you've sold a car??? I asked Jim T. to have the manager call me (yesterday May 2, 2022) and No Call as of yet! We are a couple days away from the T-tags being expired and the vehicle is STILL not officially registered to us though they received the money for the car! UNPROFESSIONAL, LACK OF COMMUNICATION, COMPLETELY RIDICULOUS!! More
