Let me start off by saying Autonation has lost a repeat customer for life! I brought my car in to have the shuddering transmission looked at as well as have my oil changed and tires rotated. This is the t customer for life! I brought my car in to have the shuddering transmission looked at as well as have my oil changed and tires rotated. This is the third time I’ve have me the shuttering transmission fixed. I was told that my warranty was extended to cover this. I had to make the appointment two time because they didn’t have a loner car for me. They told me to call ahead to make sure one was available. I did that and was told one was sent available. After I said that I now have to make a third appointment they placed me on hold for 15 minutes and then they found one. To make a long story short when I went to pick my car up they said the transmission was fine they charged me $229.00 to tell me this. You said this was under warranty they said the warranty expired at 7 years. I said I haven’t had the car for 7 years then they said that the warranty was extended to cover the transmission but they checked the clutch and that’s not covered. Of course I was not told I was being charged for this and then the manager just walked away. That’s pretty disrespectful to say the least. I have bought 3 cars from them but never again! You bought an escape almost 3 years ago and I’m still waiting for the valet keys. I will make sure to let all my friends and family know to not do business with them ever! I have been a loyal customer for the past 8 years and this little things are what kept me coming back. I have had all my service done their on all 3 cars. Not anymore! More
