I went to get my car serviced on the 19th of November. This included a multi inspection. 2 1/2 weeks later my check engine light comes on and it states that something is wrong with the power train. After getting my car diagnosed, I find out that my transmission fluid is burnt and old which caused my transmission to go out and now I need a new one. My service was supposed to include the technicians looking at all my fluid levels. This did not happen and now I have to get my car fixed because of your screw up. Autonation is horrible and I don’t feel like a valued customer whatsoever. I had to call you guys 4 times and speak to 3 different individuals just to get my car in tomorrow and now wait till the 26th of December. Shame on you Autonation More
I enjoyed a great service experience at Auto NationEast on November 15th. Not only did I purchase a set of four new tires, but also purchased new windshield wipers and wheel alignment which I really neede on November 15th. I received a discount on my tires, windshield wipers, and wheel alignment. From the initial call to set up my appointment to the time my husband and I entered for my service appointment, I received great service. It felt great to be welcomed back (It has been more than a year since I had received service here). Matt, my service advisor, and Mr. Allgood, Service Manager, thoroughly explained what service my car needed, explained why those services were needed, and gave me the pricing and we proceeded from there. My car is now in great shape for the winter. My Firestone ties are wonderful. Thank you for such great service and thank you for treating me as a valued customer and person. They did not fix the issue with my car. I’m very disappointed in their service. They had my car for two days and it’s still leaking antifreeze. Purchased a used Kia Optima in September 2022 and the amount of problems with the vehicle just keeps piling up. The "supposed" 300 point inspection is a JOKE. Absolutely nothing was caught and the vehicl amount of problems with the vehicle just keeps piling up. The "supposed" 300 point inspection is a JOKE. Absolutely nothing was caught and the vehicle was found to have been in an accident and nobody found the damage underneath. Now we have found the struts and mounts all need replacing and should have been replaced be fore selling the car. I'm not a mechanic and I would like to trust who I'm buying the car from. I'm certain that this dealership's service dept. is probably the worst in the area. Do NOT purchase a used vehicle from them More

My experience was effortless. I want to thank the service staff for making sure that I understood was was happening with my vehicle. Everything went very smooth with the purchase of my new Ford Escape - even in the color I wanted - Ice Blue. Traded in my other Ford Escape.
