To be perfectly honest, I was not at all impressed. First, I came to this dealer for service after terrible service at another local Ford dealer. I chose AutoNation Ford because I was told that AutoNat First, I came to this dealer for service after terrible service at another local Ford dealer. I chose AutoNation Ford because I was told that AutoNation follows very strict processes in regards to inspection of the vehicle and so on. When I got to the dealer for my appointment, the advisor didn't introduce himself, and was not very personable. I dropped my car off for an oil change and tire rotation. It took all day for this service to be done. When I came to pick-up my car, there was no Multipoint Inspection form attached to my paperwork so I had to request it. When I got a copy of it, sadly, it had been pencil whipped. I know this, because the tread depths of my tires was incorrect. The advisor and I had measured them in the service lane and the measurements were all over the place. Yet the tech had them at a solid 6. I take my vehicles to the dealers for service because I expect superior service. If this is what I'm going to get, I may as well go to Conrad's. More
