Greeted promptly by Asst. Mgr.who checked me in. This is 2nd time bringing car in for the brake issue. Brakes still making grinding noise but will give time for bushings to se Mgr.who checked me in. Brakes still making grinding noise but will give time for bushings to set.The noise is coming from the FRONT brakes where the black dust is visible on the rims. Tech stated brake pads were replaced but order shows that bushings were installed on REAR CALIPERS. No screen issue at this time. Last time I brought car in,Tech Cameron checked brakes and cleaned the rims of black brake dust. Rims were left extremely dirty. Also after the car wash, the car was still filthy. I realize this is not a hand wash but there were dirty streaks on the hood and side of vehicle WHICH WERE NOT THERE WHEN I BROUGHT VEHICLE IN.. It doesn't look like car had been washed, just wet. Also my car is Stone Blue not BLACK. I don't think this will cause a problem but for future visits one may think I changed cars(lol). Because of these cosmetic issues which are important to me, I have to give a rating of 3. Otherwise I have no complaints about my service. Technicians were very courteous and informative. More
