I was having an issue with one of my windows that would not stay up when I tried to raise it. I was going to drop it off for repair but the service manager looked at it and re-calibrated the window for me not stay up when I tried to raise it. He noticed that the buttons to control the windows on the drivers door were worn and sharp so he had the buttons replaced under warranty in less than 1 hour. I was very satisfied after my service appointment. More
