We had a problem with our 2019 Ford escape. It had to do with the engine but it turned out was covered by the powertrain warranty. After we got the car back, another problem surfaced regarding the generator and battery. AutoNation Ford was quick to take care of that problem. Again, we were provided with a fully gassed up new loaner cars. We are very satisfied with the solution to the problems and with the quality of service AutoNation Ford gave us. More
