In 2004 I purchased a Chevy Silverado from Alexander Chevrolet and just last week I bought a 2014 Chevy Silverado from the same dealership. I, originally, visited the dealership in August and over the Chevrolet and just last week I bought a 2014 Chevy Silverado from the same dealership. I, originally, visited the dealership in August and over the course of next 2 months Mr. James Steward and Mr. Gary Canfield kept me advised of various (G. M.) incentive programs and updated me about any number of improvements that were incorporated in the "new" 2014 Silverado's. Their approach was very much "low key" and this allowed me to make my purchase decision based on facts and not pressure ( potential fear of losing my chosen vehicle) to another buyer. At the time of delivery both gentlemen went above and beyond to make sure that my wife and I were completely comfortable with the vehicle and (more importantly) the purchase price. I will definitely recommend (both) Mr. Steward/Mr. Canfield and Alexander Chevrolet to anyone searching for a dealership that would be willing to offer a great price and a quality vehicle. More

Just wanted to thank everyone at Alexander Chevrolet for such a good buying experience, I have dealt with other dealerships/carlots in the past but this has to be the best experience I.ve ever had. The sales people and staff here are really friendly and make you feel right at home. They allow you to look around their lot and not make you feel pressured, but are more interested in you finding the perfect car, that suits you and your needs, as well as your budget, and are willing to do what it takes to hopefully get you financed if that's the option you want. They allowed me to test drive the cars there until I was satisfied with the choice I made. Now I want to specially commend the salesman I dealt with, which is James Steward. He did an awesome job as a salesman, very friendly, outgoing, and did his best, not only to make me feel welcome, within the first minutes, of arriving at alexander chevrolet, but done his best, to insure me that I was at the right place to buy a car.He did an outstanding job, answering my question, or getting me the answers I needed as well as putting me in the right car, that met my budget, as well as needs, not to mention that my wife was also impressed with his salesmanship, and is really happy with her 2006 impala.
