COULDN'T BE HAPPIER! I have dealt with these folks in the past at different locations and have followed them to the Chevrolet Dealership. This is my first GM product in 1 I have dealt with these folks in the past at different locations and have followed them to the Chevrolet Dealership. This is my first GM product in 18+ years. I am very pleased with my vehicle, but cannot say enough good things about the employees. They truly treat you like family or life long friends. I live about 40 miles from the dealership but can't imagine having to try to purchase a vehicle from anyone else. Love this bunch! More

NEVER A BETTER NEW CAR DELIVERY EXPERIENCE I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH GREAT THINGS ABOUT THESE FOLKS. I SPECIAL ORDERED MY WIFE A 2014 CORVETTE AS A SURPRISE FOR HER BIRTHDAY. BELIEVE IT WAS GREAT FROM I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH GREAT THINGS ABOUT THESE FOLKS. I SPECIAL ORDERED MY WIFE A 2014 CORVETTE AS A SURPRISE FOR HER BIRTHDAY. BELIEVE IT WAS GREAT FROM THE VERY BEGINNING AS I WAS TOLD THAT WOULD MOST LIKELY TAKE ABOUT 12 WEEKS TO GET BUILT AND DELIVERED. THAT WAS REALLY PUSHING THE ENVELOPE ON TIME. DON'T KNOW HOW THEY PULLED IT OFF BUT IT CAME IN IN 6 WEEKS TO MY SURPRISE. THEN WE HAD TO PULL OFF THE SURPRISE PART AS THE WIFE HAD NO IDEA THAT SHE WAS GETTING IT. ONCE AGAIN WITHOUT A HITCH THE FINE FOLKS AT THE DEALERSHIP CAME THROUGH. MR. SLATE, MR. HOLT & MR. AYALA WERE SUPER, HAD BIG RED BOW ON THE CAR, HAD OTHER EMPLOYEES FILMING THE WHOLE THING. I DON'T KNOW IF IT IS STILL ON THEIR FACEBOOK PAGE OR NOT, BUT IF SO YOU NEED TO WATCH, I MEAN THESE GUYS ARE PROS AT THIS STUFF. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANYONE LOOKING FOR A CHEVY, BUICK OR GMC, ALONG WITH A USED UNIT TO GIVE THESE FOLKS A SHOT. I PROMISE YOU THAT YOU TOO WILL LEAVE AS HAPPY AS MY WIFE DID, AND AS THE OLD SAYING GOES WHEN THE WIFE IS HAPPY EVERYBODY IS HAPPY. More

Thank You I cannot say enough about Leny Ayala. My father purchased a used 2010 Highlander from Alexander for my mother in 2012. This past weekend my father pa I cannot say enough about Leny Ayala. My father purchased a used 2010 Highlander from Alexander for my mother in 2012. This past weekend my father passed away unexpectedly and we were going throug the process of taking care of his business. On his personal vehicle he had Sirius radio but my mother didn't so we were going to transfer his subscription but I couldn't make it work. We took her vehicle to Alexander and Leny was so helpful. He explained to us that her vehicle was not equipped for satellite radio but gave us all the information on what to purchase to be able to access Satellite. My mothers vehicle had after market DVD players installed in back of seats and she had never been able to figure out how to use them with headphones. Leny took the time to explain to us what we needed to make DVD player work correctly and even gave his contact info for person who could assist us. Leny was so patient and helpful. He definitely went above and behind to assist us and his help and kindness was even more appreciated due to the stress we were already under due to the passing of my father. Thank you Leny More

59 vehicle buying experience. I have been purchasing vehicles for 40 years. (New and Used) When I say buying I mean 59 total vehicles, 9 of those in the last 9 months. My past dealing with new and used car dealers has been very unrewarding. Last nine months dealing with Alexander Chevrolet Buick GMC has been an awesome experience. I am not a computer geek or very compatible with computers however, for the first time I sent a request over the internet receiving an email from Stacey Jaffess. She invited me to come talk with her about what I was looking for. We met and I told her I was looking to compair a 2500 SLT and a 3500 GMC Denali Diesel with the Allison transmission and a quiet cab and motor. There where certian features on the truck I was looking for that they didnt have on the lot. Stacey immedaitly started locating the trucks. I left to go to talk to Ford down the street, the internet sales associate did not offer to let me drive or demonstrate a vehicle, he said he would send the information to me in a few days at my place of business. Stacey called me on my phone to tell me she had found 4 vehicles she wanted me to look at so, I came back to Alexander to talk with her. She gave me the located features sheets on each of the four she had found. That is when I noticed I wanted to add more options. I left her a list and went home, threating to go to Ford if she did not find them and price them as I needed. The next day she emailed me to let me know she had them, to come in again and look them over them to make sure they had all the options I wanted I did and I ended up picking one of each. I enjoyed the the trucks and the experience of accomodation and hard work that was done to locate these vehicles in such a timely mannor, I decided to purchase more. It changed into 6 more vehicles and one more that was a Cadi. CTS-V that they could not sell me. So she located and priced out the vehicle before calling the dealer in Atlanta Georgia, making sure the price was aggressive. They actualy beat the priceing because of the age of the unit on the lot and need to sell it. They also offered her a fee since she had given up the sale to make sure I was satisfied and had a Cadillac experience. They not only did not pay her the fee, but they did not deliver it on the flat bed as agreed,but drove it dirty, with out stickers or books, and no floor mats. They did not set up onstar, Stacey and the dealership Allen the GM set up onstar and had the car detailed at no expence to me. Allen went out of his way to make sure the deal was done and finished correctly to my satisfaction. Based on my many years of buying vehicles this was the best experiences I have ever had, I highly reccommend and stand behind this dealership and the internet sales associate Stacey Jaffess. More
