This place . . is horrible... they had my corvette in there shop for 3 weeks.... never freaking answers the phone... my husband when up there after 2 weeks , to se . is horrible... they had my corvette in there shop for 3 weeks.... never freaking answers the phone... my husband when up there after 2 weeks , to see it sitting and when he ask was it ready.. they said no it need bolts! Do you want us to order them? They didn't even call to ask or tell us... if he didn't go up there... I guess it would still be sitting.. after talking to Mike the general manager, and Jason the service manager.. today .. a week later we pick it up..only to have lights flashing in it.. when I ask two different people why ...they both said... they will be right back... about 20 minutes later... I google why they would be blinking myself and it said the air conditioner needed fluid... this was after we paid alittle over 1,000.... I went in an told the them ( which not sure anyone was looking) what Google said... and he said (well ok if we put it in ...it will be another 350.00 or you can just do it yourself) by the way I don't know how... I told him it wasn't doing it when we brought it in and he said we'll he had no idea... I just decided to take car somewhere else .. maybe Ford will look at it... they are alot more helpful anyway.. In for service that should have taken 1 1/2 hours. I was in for 3 hours. When I left, my left rear tire flew off. They forgot to tighten the lug nuts. The service tech heard something when he drove I was in for 3 hours. When I left, my left rear tire flew off. They forgot to tighten the lug nuts. The service tech heard something when he drove the truck, but didn't check what it was. He told me he informed the service advisor, who did not inform me of the noise. This company does not care. Your canned response to these reviews is xx. Not once, has the dealership followed up, asking about my truck. It's too bad, the GM customers in Dickson do not have a professional dealership or a consumer advocate. Nick Mayer only cares about their money grab, not the customers. More
The kind and capable lady, I think her name is Trish, has assisted me previously to get scheduled for EVAP replacement. She is also working to expedite this service the morning I bring my car in on 22 Septem assisted me previously to get scheduled for EVAP replacement. Beware. ..this place totally destroyed my husband's truck. He went in for an oil change and tire rotation and just a mile down the road the left front tire li ..this place totally destroyed my husband's truck. He went in for an oil change and tire rotation and just a mile down the road the left front tire literally came off in the middle of Hwy 46 and he barely got out of the highway before getting hit!! They didn't tighten the lug nuts!!! Now he has to have the wheel and wheel hub replaced! Of course they are paying for it and the rental car, but xxxx!!! More
I took my truck in for a noise. I was told it was taken care of. A month later the same noise. I scheduled an appointment for the noise and the hard shifting in the transmission. I went in and was asked if I had an appointment and i said yes. The individual looked it up and asked if i made the appointment online, I said yes 2 weeks ago. I was told we can't see you today we are backed up. I asked then why am I here, another service person said Well we can look at the noise. The first person then said Well we are back up on our transmission we can't look at it. I waited as i expected to. The individual came out and said we can't look at the transmission, the mechanic that does that had a heart attack yesterday. An hour went by, I was called and told i was ready. I got to the desk and was told, "We got a letter on the noise, we will have to order the part." I said you are just now finding out you had a letter, he said nothing other than we are back up on the transmission our service manager is doing them. The part came in, my wife was called telling her it was there and to schedule a time to come in. I called the next day and said we received a call about the part being in an I would like to schedule a time to come in. I was asked have you ever had service here before. I said yes you guys ordered the part. I was put on hold and finally made the appointment. I knew I would have to wait. I was told the fixed the rear, but it had another noise and wanted me to leave the vehicle I said ok how about a rental car. The service guy said I don't know what the rental place has, i said call them. He said well it isn't that easy. we have to get GM's permission for a rental, they don't like doing that. We have your back on this. He said well reschedule and you will have to leave the vehicle so we can deep dive. Not sure we can get you a rental, we will try. The vehicle is under warranty. I have had more than times with this service department and none have been good. I will not do busniess with this dealership again. More
Dropped off my equinox for an 8:30am appointment at 8am. I waited a week for this appointment. I called at 11:20 and it still had NOT even been looked at. They called me at 1:00pm to tell me that it require I waited a week for this appointment. I called at 11:20 and it still had NOT even been looked at. lack of complete service I have owned many Chevrolets, 2 out of 3 I bought at Alexander. I have always thought when you took you vehicle in for service that they checked eve I have owned many Chevrolets, 2 out of 3 I bought at Alexander. I have always thought when you took you vehicle in for service that they checked everything that they checked off, I have since learned that they don't. My 2016 2500hd rear end kept smelling hot. Each time I went in for service I would tell them to check it and they also said they did. So one time after I got home I checked it for my self and it was almost 16 oz. low. I asked them why they didn't check it and they said they didn't check it on a service! even though they checked it on the work order. I have no leaks so it had to be always low. I have had my oil changed at Waverly Tire for the last 2 services. AND THEY CHECK EVERYTHING EVERY TIME! Most people would believe when a dealer services your vehicle they would check everything they check off. Buyer beware! More
